If a property aligns with your goals, we’ll prepare a Deal Analysis—a clear overview of the investment, improvement costs, and projected returns.
Once you’ve found ‘the one,’ our team will negotiate the optimal purchase price and close the deal on your behalf.
Progression

Once your offer is accepted, we’ll manage the purchase process from start to finish. We’ll liaise with your conveyancers and mortgage broker, book surveys, and review reports to identify any necessary remedial works. If needed, we’ll renegotiate the purchase price to ensure you’re getting the best deal.
Our aim is to streamline the process, making it timely and stress-free, so you can focus on the excitement of collecting the keys on completion day.
Refurbishment
To minimise lost income, we’ll help you schedule refurbishment works as soon as possible. After collecting the keys, we’ll take meter readings and photos, then oversee the project with the chosen contractors.
Our team will manage the entire refurbishment process, ensuring the property is compliant, high-quality, and tenant-ready. We’ll keep you updated with videos, photos, and progress reports, and handle final snagging to ensure perfection.
As the project nears completion, our Team will prepare to market the property.
Marketing & Letting
Marketing & Letting
As one of our valued clients, your property will automatically receive our Marketing Package, including professionally edited photos, a virtual tour, and floorplans.
Our Lettings Team will qualify leads, arrange viewings, and conduct in-depth tenant referencing—covering employment status, earnings, credit scores, rental history, and right-to-rent checks.
Once the perfect tenant is found, we’ll finalise the tenancy agreement and notify you of the move-in date.

You’ll be assigned a dedicated Property Manager who will handle everything related to your investment—maintenance, inspections, tenancy renewals, and more.
We’ll conduct annual rent reviews, provide inspection reports, and market the property in advance to minimise void periods. Our goal is to ensure your property is well-maintained and your income remains secure.
