To minimise lost income, we’ll help you schedule refurbishment works as soon as possible. After collecting the keys, we’ll take meter readings and photos, then oversee the project with the chosen contractors.
Our team will manage the entire refurbishment process, ensuring the property is compliant, high-quality, and tenant-ready. We’ll keep you updated with videos, photos, and progress reports, and handle final snagging to ensure perfection.
As the project nears completion, our Team will prepare to market the property.

Our Lettings Team will qualify leads, arrange viewings, and conduct in-depth tenant referencing—covering employment status, earnings, credit scores, rental history, and right-to-rent checks.
Once the perfect tenant is found, we’ll finalise the tenancy agreement and notify you of the move-in date.
You’ll be assigned a dedicated Property Manager who will handle everything related to your investment—maintenance, inspections, tenancy renewals, and more.
